Ingredients to make Sea Bream in tomato sauce:
- 4 tablespoons of oil
- 3 ripe tomatoes
- 1 glass of water
- 3 garlic cloves
- 2 kilos of sea bream
- 1 onion
- 1 tablespoon ground cumin
- 1 tablespoon sweet paprika
- 500 grams of potatoes
- 1 sprig of parsley
How to make Sea Bream in Tomato Sauce:
- A platter or besuguera is lined with the potatoes cut into slices.
- Peel the onion and tomatoes as well as the garlic.
- They are crushed in the blender and the parsley is added.
- Pour it onto a plate and add the paprika, cumin and oil.
- With this mixture, spread well the sea bream that is left on the bed of potatoes that have been previously cooked with a little water.
- Put in a medium oven until the fish is cooked.
