Bream recipe in tomato sauce

Ingredients to make Sea Bream in tomato sauce:

  • 4 tablespoons of oil
  • 3 ripe tomatoes
  • 1 glass of water
  • 3 garlic cloves
  • 2 kilos of sea bream
  • 1 onion
  • 1 tablespoon ground cumin
  • 1 tablespoon sweet paprika
  • 500 grams of potatoes
  • 1 sprig of parsley

How to make Sea Bream in Tomato Sauce:

  1. A platter or besuguera is lined with the potatoes cut into slices.
  2. Peel the onion and tomatoes as well as the garlic.
  3. They are crushed in the blender and the parsley is added.
  4. Pour it onto a plate and add the paprika, cumin and oil.
  5. With this mixture, spread well the sea bream that is left on the bed of potatoes that have been previously cooked with a little water.
  6. Put in a medium oven until the fish is cooked.
