Ingredients to make ROMPON:
- 12 egg yolks
- 3 1/2 liters of milk
- Vanilla
- cinnamon to taste
- 1/2 liter of alcohol or brandy
- sugar to taste
- 3 cloves
How to make ROMPON:
- Boil milk with sugar, spices.
- Let cool. Meanwhile, beat the yolks with sugar, so that it is creamy, add the preparation to the milk, and stir well.
- Bring back to the fire (do not boil). Remove, let cool, place the alcohol or brandy and strain
- Bottle and place in refrigerator. It is served very cold.
