Breads with chicken recipe

Ingredients to make Chicken Buns:

  • 2 loaves of French bread or Baguette
  • 2 chicken breasts
  • 8 units of Tomato
  • 1 unit of Onion
  • 1 clove garlic
  • 1 unit of green chili
  • 1 bay leaf
  • 1 radish unit
  • 1 unit of Cucumber
  • 1 unit of lettuce
  • 1 unit of Shredded Cabbage
  • 2 tablespoons of Mayonnaise

How to make Chicken Buns:

In a saucepan add oil, then brown the chicken a little with seasoning and salt to taste. Separately, the sauce is made. To do this, put the tomato, onion, garlic, chili and bay leaf in the blender, also add a cube of chicken and process everything together until it is well crushed.

This sauce is added to the chicken and allowed to cook for 30 minutes or until the chicken is done. On the other hand, prepare the legumes that must be well washed. The cabbage is cut into small slices, and to make them fit, it is lightly fried in margarine.

To assemble the bread, it is opened and spread with mayonnaise. Put tomato, radish, and lettuce, a piece of chicken and chopped cabbage on top. When the sandwiches are ready, you can add more sauce from the cooking of the chicken. Enjoy the bread with chicken  accompanied by a traditional Caesar salad and some potatoes with fine herbs.
