Breadless Apple Pudding Recipe

Ingredients to make Apple Pudding without Bread:

  • 2 golden apples
  • 2 bananas
  • 1 large orange (juice)
  • 200 grams of sponge cake of the hard ones
  • 1 liter of whole milk
  • 4 eggs
  • 1 tablespoon of sugar
  • 2 tablespoons ground cinnamon
  • To decorate:
  • whipped cream
  • candied cherries

How to make Apple Pudding without Bread:

  1. First, peel the apples and cut theminto squares.
  2. Put them in a pot with the sugar, half a tablespoon of cinnamon and the strained orange juice and cook everything over low heat until the apples soften.
  3. In another pot, place the milk, a tablespoon of cinnamon and heat it up. Meanwhile, preheat the oven to 180ºC.
  4. Next, beat the eggs and peel the bananas. When the milk is about to boil, add the chopped ladyfingers and stir.
  5. Then add the apples, the beaten eggs and the bananasmashed with a fork, and mix everything well with a spatula.
  6. Take a mold (I used a 1.25 liter rectangular silicone one) and grease it with butter. Pour in the easy apple pudding batter.
  7. Bake it for about 50 minutesor until you check that it is done by clicking with a toothpick.
  8. Then take it out, let it cool well and then put it in the fridge for about 4 hours so that it finishes curdling well.
  9. Trick: If the mold is silicone, it is not necessary to butter it.
  10. Finally, we unmold the banana and apple pudding when we are going to serve it and decorate it with the whipped cream and candied cherries if we want.
  11. From one day to the next, the apple pudding without breadis much richer I think.
