  • Roll up the cannelloni and sprinkle them with a little flour, once this is done we coat it with the egg that we will have beaten for the batter and in a pan with plenty of oil we put them to fry until we see that the batter is golden brown and it is done. Have.
  • ADVICE: to avoid excess oil once the cannelloni have been fried before putting them on the plate, it is better to leave them on top of paper for a little while so we avoid excess oil.
