Breaded trout recipe

This recipe is ideal for a light lunch or dinner accompanied by lettuce salad or fresh vegetables. The Parmesan cheese brings a strong flavor to the breaded trout, which makes this dish a delight that you want to repeat.

Ingredients to make Breaded Trout:

  • 300 grams of Trout
  • 50 grams of Parmesan cheese
  • 20 grams of wheat flour
  • 1 unit of Egg
  • 100 milliliters of vegetable oil
  • 1 pinch of salt and pepper

How to make Breaded Trout:

  1. Season the boneless and skinless trout to taste.
  2. Grate the Parmesan cheese on the coarse side of the grater so that when there are large pieces, the breading is easier to make.
  3. Mix the egg with the grated Parmesan cheese.
  4. Pass the trout through the flour and through the egg mixture in that order. Fry in oil at 160º C. until the cheese melts and forms a golden crust.
  5. Sprinkle paprika and serve. You can also accompany this delicious breaded trout with a little rice with turmeric or pumpkin puree.
