- 5 tablespoons of flour
- 2 eggs
- 1 pinch of salt
- 1 glass of olive oil

- We clean the prawnsif they are fresh, peel them and salt them to taste.
- If they are frozen, remember that it is necessary to let them thaw and peel them if they are not
- In one bowl we put the flour and in another we beat an egg.
- To coat the prawns, we pass them first through the flour and then through the egg.
- Heat a frying pan with oil and, when the oil is hot, fry the battered prawnsin batches, since if we add them all at once they will stick together.
- We will leave them until they are golden on both sides.
- We put on an absorbent paper plate and we are putting the prawns on top so that they drain the excess oil.
