Breaded or crumbled shrimp recipe

Ingredients to make breaded or crumbled shrimp:

  • 25 units of large shrimp
  • ½ cup of Flour (70 grams)
  • 1½ cups of breadcrumbs
  • 1 unit of large and beaten egg
  • 1 pinch of salt to taste
  • 1 pinch of Pepper to taste to season
  • 1 jet of Oil that reaches half of the shrimp

 How to make breaded or crumbed shrimp:

  1. Beat the egg in a bold with a pinch of salt and pepper, pass the peeled and tail-on shrimp in the flour, remove the excess, then submerge them in the egg and pass them through the breadcrumbs if you want them crispy, submerge them again for the egg and pass them through the breadcrumb again then fry them until they are golden brown and ready the oil has to be very hot be careful that they do not burn and by the way I leave you a delicious sauce to accompany them.
  2. A cup of mayonnaise that you like the most. A teaspoon of lemon, onion and pimiento or bell pepper (red) finely chopped to taste, stir it and that’s it.
