Ingredients for making Sesame Seed Bread:
- 180 milliliters of warm water
- 12 grams of fresh baker’s yeast
- 350 grams of strength flour
- 40 milliliters of virgin olive oil
- 2 teaspoons of Salt

How to make Sesame Seed Bread:
- To prepare our bread with sesame seeds and oil, we are going to dilute the baker’s yeast in 100 ml of warm water.
- Next, in a large bowl, we will put the sifted flour, the rest of the lukewarm water (80 ml), the diluted yeast, the virgin olive oil and the teaspoons of salt. Knead for 10 minutes until obtaining smooth and elastic dough.
- Lightly grease a deep bowl and put our bread dough with olive oil in it. Let stand 1 hour covered with a cloth, in a warm place.
- After this time, lightly flour a work surface, and fold our homemade bread dough with sesame seeds several times. Then give a rounded shape and a little flattened.
- Transfer the sesame bread to a baking tray lined with parchment paper and cover again. Let rest for 1 hour in a warm place without drafts.
- Once all your remains have been made, brush the surface of the bread with water.
