Bread with chicken and celery recipe

If you like chicken sandwiches, this version with chicken, egg and celery filling is sure to please you. Chicken Celery Bread is a delicious sandwich made with shredded chicken with celery and mayonnaise, an irresistible mix.

Ingredients to make Bread with chicken and celery:

  • 1 piece of chicken
  • 1 branch of Celery
  • 1 clove garlic
  • 1 yolk bread
  • 1 boiled egg
  • 1 tablespoon of Mayonnaise
  • 1 pinch of salt and pepper

How to make Chicken and Celery Pan:

Boil the chicken with a sprig of celery, a clove of garlic and salt to taste. It is important that the chicken does not have any fat or skin, but with the bones to give it a little more flavor.

When the chicken is cooked, drain the broth and wait for it to cool. When it is already at room temperature and can be handled, shred it or chop it finely. Also chop the celery and the hard- boiled egg. Then mix this with the mayonnaise and season the filling to taste with salt and pepper. You can also add a little mustard to intensify the flavor.

If you want to make the sauce yourself you can follow the homemade mayonnaise recipe. Open the yolk bread and fill with the mixture that we just prepared. If you want you can use white village bread or any other bread you have at home to make sandwiches.
