  • 50 milliliters of milk
  • 20 grams of Butter

  • 1 pinch of Pepper

  1. Before making this recipe for breakfast, the first step is to get all the ingredients ready.
  2. In a pan with butter, fry the ham cut into very thin strips. When it has browned, add the mushrooms cut into thin slices and cook for a few more minutes. Season and reserve.
  3. Heat the bread 10 seconds in the microwave oven. Then add a teaspoon of the sautéed ham and mushrooms in the center of the bread along with a little mozzarella cheese.
