Ingredients to make Bread with the Panera Lekue:
- 200 gr of flour of strength
- 1 envelope baker’s yeast
- 100 ml of lukewarm water
- 1ch of milk
- 1ch of olive oil
- 1/2 tsp of salt
How to make Bread with the Panera Lekue:
- Mix the water, milk and oil with the yeast and rest for a few minutes with the Panera Lekue closed.
- Add the flour and salt and leave to rest for 1 hour and 1/2
- Knead and make a cut… I added chia seeds today, it’s optional
- Close and let rest another 15 min.
- Cook at 200 degrees for 25 min with the Panera closed and another 3 min with it open… and this is the result… it looks good, the flavor I’ll let you know
