Bread recipe with gluten-free rice flour

  • 500 grams of rice flour
  • 50 milliliters of oil
  • 25 grams of sugar
  • 450 milliliters of lukewarm water
  • 7 grams of dry baker’s yeast
  • ½ tablespoon of salt

  • The first step to make this bread with gluten-free rice flour is to gather the ingredients that we will need for its preparation.
  • We are going to start by mixing the dry ingredients in a deep bowl, add the rice flour, yeast, salt and sugar, and mix until everything is perfectly integrated.
  • On the other hand we mix the warm water together with the oil, and once these ingredients together we add them to the mixture of dry ingredients.
  • Mix the gluten-free rice bread dough very well until it forms a thick paste which we will place in a previously greased bread pan. This is so that when our rice flour bread for celiac is ready it does not stick to the mold when unmolding. Let rest until the dough has doubled in size.
  • Once our mixture has doubled in size, we take it to the preheated oven at 200°C and let it bake for 30 minutes.
