Ingredients to make Brazilian beans:

  • 1 pound dried red ball bean
  • 1/2 pound of pork meat or if you prefer ribs
  • 2 fat-free sausages
  • 1/2 pound of ham
  • 2 glasses of white wine
  • the juice of a sweet orange
  • chili to taste
  • Hogan (tomato, big-headed onion, garlic, tomato sauce, bay leaf and thyme to taste)

How to make Brazilian beans:

1 The beans are left to soak overnight.

2 Cut all the meats into pieces and marinate and fry a little with the wine. They are left 5 minutes in their sauce.

3 The Hogan is put on the fire, all the ingredients and leave on a slow fire so that they become a sauce.

4 The beans with water are placed in an express pot to cook together with the Hogan sauce and the meats.

5 Let it whistle until they are soft.

6 At the end, chili is added to taste and served with white rice and avocado.
