Ingredients to make Spaghetti al ioli de Bramante:
- 500 grams of spaghetti
- 10 garlic cloves 1
- /2 cup olive oil
- 200 grams of cooked ham
- 2 red bell peppers
- Salt to taste
- Pepper to taste (instantly ground)
How to make Spaghetti al Bramante ioli:
- Put enough water in a container over high heat, add salt and 1/2 cup of oil and bring to a boil.
- Once the water starts to boil, add the spaghetti for approximately 7 to 8 minutes.
- While the spaghetti is cooking, add 1/2 cup of olive oil to a skillet.
- When this is hot, add the finely chopped garlic, the finely chopped red paprika and the finely chopped ham and cook for about 7 min.
- By then the spaghetti should be cooked and drained, pour the spaghetti into a bowl and on top of it, unload your preparation from the pan and mix it well and serve hot.
- This menu can be accompanied with toasted bread in olive oil and garlic and of course a good white wine
