Ingredients to make Bonito North Africa:
- At 1 kg tuna, cut into supreme
- An onion
- garlic
- Parsley
- olive oil
- A chopped sprig of mint
- fried tomato
- Skewers Spices
- A glass of white wine
- maybe a tablespoon of flour
How to make North African Bonito:
- Brown the tuna Supremes in olive oil, leaving them raw inside (round and round over high heat) and then place them in a clay pot.
- In the same oil as the bonito, fry the chopped garlic, onion, parsley and mint
