Bonito North Africa Recipe

Ingredients to make Bonito North Africa:

  • At 1 kg tuna, cut into supreme
  • An onion
  • garlic
  • Parsley
  • olive oil
  • A chopped sprig of mint
  • fried tomato
  • Skewers Spices
  • A glass of white wine
  • maybe a tablespoon of flour

How to make North African Bonito:

  1. Brown the tuna Supremes in olive oil, leaving them raw inside (round and round over high heat) and then place them in a clay pot.
  2. In the same oil as the bonito, fry the chopped garlic, onion, parsley and mint
  3. Once ready, add a tablespoon of skewer spices and a teaspoon of flour dissolved in the white wine and fried tomato.
  4. Season carefully and pour it all over the bonito that we will put in the oven for 10-15 minutes.
