Bonito in Cider Recipe

Ingredients to make Bonito a La Sidra:

  • 750 gr. pretty (in fillets)
  • salted
  • Pepper
  • flower
  • olive oil
  • 400 gr. potatoes
  • 1 pc. little onion
  • 2 minced garlic cloves
  • 2 units apple
  • 250 gr. clean clam
  • 1/2 l. cider

How to make Bonito in Cider:

  1. Wash and dry the bonito fillets and season them with salt and pepper. Pass the fish in flour and fry it in olive oil on both sides. Reserve hot in a baking dish. Peel and cut the potatoes into small cubes and brown them in the same oil as the fish.
  2. Add the peeled and chopped onion, the garlic, the apple pieces, also browned and chopped, and the clams. Cover and cook everything for a few minutes, stirring the pan frequently. Add the tuna and add the cider. Put in the hot oven (175º) for 10 minutes and serve immediately.
