Ingredients to make Bonilla mint liqueur:

  • 1 liter of pomace
  • 50 fresh mint leaves
  • ½ liter of water
  • ½ kilogram of sugar

How to make Bonilla mint liqueur:

  1. Cut the mint leaves, wash them well and dry them with a cloth. Prepare a 2-liter glass bottle with hermetic closure, put the leaves and the liter of pomace, close well and let it macerate for a month.
  2. We will shake the homemade mint liqueurevery 10 days so that all the ingredients are properly integrated.
  3. After a month we will make a syrupwith 1/2 liter of water and sugar. The amount of sugar is indicative, so you can add more or less according to your personal taste.
  4. Mix the syrup with the mint liqueur and filter it. Next, we bottle the product obtained and store it for another 10 days.
