Ingredients to make Bombay Rice:

  • 1/4 cup sunflower oil
  • 2 cups chicken meat, minced
  • 1 cup sliced ​​mushrooms
  • 1 chopped green sweet pepper
  • 1 small onion chopped
  • 2 cups of peas
  • 4 cups long grain rice, cooked
  • 1 teaspoon curry powder
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt

How to make Bombay Rice:

  1. In a wok or large skillet, heat half the oil.
  2. Fry the chicken, mushrooms, peppers, onions and peas.
  3. Remove and keep warm.
  4. Heat the rest of the oil.
  5. Add rice and seasonings, fry for 3 minutes.
  6. Put in a serving dish. Put the chicken and vegetables on the rice.
  7. Serve.
  8. For 4 servings.
