Bolognese Noodles Recipe

Ingredients to make Noodles Bolognese:

  1. 400 gr. of noodles
  2. ½ kg. minced meat
  3. 2 carrots
  4. 1 onion
  5. 1 stalk of celery
  6. ½ l. tomato sauce
  7. 1 glass of white wine
  8. extra virgin oil
  9. Hojiblanca
  10. salted
  11. basil
  12. Pepper
  13. parsley

How to make Noodles Bolognese:

  • Chop the onion and carrots finely and sauté them in a pan with a little oil.
  • Clean the celery and incorporate it
  • When golden, add the white wine, basil and tomato sauce.
  • Cook everything together for 10 minutes.
  • In a saucepan put plenty of water to cook.
  • When it starts to boil, season it, add a splash of oil and add the noodles.
  • Let cook for 8-10 minutes.
  • Remove the paste, refresh it and reserve it.
  • Season the meat with salt and pepper, fry it briefly and add it to the tomato casserole.
  • Stew for 2-3 minutes.
  • Sauté the noodles in a pan with a little oil.
  • Serve them in a bowl and the Bolognese sauce on top.
  • Garnish with a sprig of parsley.
  • When the pasta is undercooked it does not have a good flavor and its consistency is similar to chewing gum, overcooked it is too soft.
  • If you don’t have much experience, it’s a good idea to try it often to find out if it’s ready.
