  • 350 milliliters of water

  1. Use a wide pot that is not very tall. Then place all the water together with the salt and heat over medium-high heat until it breaks a boil.
  2. Then add the rice and lower the heat to medium until all the water on the surface evaporates, without covering the pot.
  3. To cook this type of rice you do not need to move the rice, just put it in the pot and continue cooking. If you want to add some extra spice or flavor to the white rice, you can add them to the water before adding the rice.
