Ingredients to make Boiled Lobster:

  • 1 kilo of lobster
  • 4 potatoes
  • 1 lettuce
  • 1 hard-boiled egg

How to make Boiled Lobster:

  1. In a large pot, cook the lobster for half an hour (if it is alive, tie it well).
  2. Allow to cool and cut below and on the sides with scissors, removing the entire tail and removing the black thread.
  3. Cut into very thin slices, placing them in a dish, some resting on others
  4. Peeled and split potatoes are cut in two.
  5. They are emptied with a teaspoon and very carefully, giving them the shape of a casserole.
  6. Peel the lobster legs, finely chop them with the hard-boiled egg.
  7. Mix and fill the potatoes, covering them with the mayonnaise sauce.
  8. Garnish the dish with the potatoes around the lobster, the chopped lettuce and all covered with mayonnaise.
