  • 2 onions cut in two
  • 6 green mole bananas, peeled

How to make Boiled Fish:

  1. Place the fish on a tray and rub it with salt.
  2. Adobe julienned onions, mashed garlic, sliced ​​sesame seeds, minced sweet chili pepper, chopped chives.
  3. Drizzle with the juice of 1/2 lemon.
  4. Then, peel the topochos bananas and keep them bathed in lemon, so that the brother does not darken.
  5. In a large pot of water, place the chopped fish heads.
  6. Add a leek, an onion chopped in two, the sweet peppers, and the whole garlic cloves.
  7. Bring to a boil and cook for half an hour.
  8. Strain the brother and wash the pot.
  9. Put the broth back in the clean pot, add the vegetables.
  10. Add salt and pepper to taste.
  11. Bring to a boil and add the mole bananas.
  12. Keep it on the fire for 20 minutes.
