Bluefin Tuna Spinets Recipe

Ingredients to make Red Tuna Spinet:

• 1 kilo of spinet that has a lot of meat
• 1 kilo of potatoes
• 1 head of garlic
• 3 or 4 bell peppers
• 1 large onion
• 3 or 4 bay leaves
