Blueberry Salad Recipe

Ingredients to make Blueberry Salad:

  • 2 jars of natural blueberries
  • 1 cup of chopped walnuts (250g)
  • 2 units of large apples
  • 250 grams of Sugar (1¼ cups)

How to make Blueberry Salad:

Wash the fruits well. Chop the small fruits (with their skin, and an orange with the peel and another without) and mix with the rest of the ingredients. Store in the refrigerator at least two hours before use (better overnight).

(The blueberries can be fresh or frozen, in addition to the canned ones, if they are fresh or frozen, use one more cup of sugar). You can add all the ingredients you want, such as kiwi or strawberries.
