Ingredients to make Blackberry Smoothie with Yogurt:

  • 200 grams of Blackberry
  • 80 grams of sugar
  • 200 milliliters of natural yogurt
  • 1 teaspoon cornstarch

How to make Blackberry Yogurt Smoothie:

  1. Prepare all the ingredients to make this fruit smoothie with yogurt.
  2. In the blender add the blackberries and sugar, blend until a homogeneous mixture is obtained.
  3. Strain the blackberry mixture with sugar and refrigerate.
  4. Apart, dissolve the cornstarch in the yogurtand take this to a pot. Cook until the mixture is thick, let cool to room temperature and then refrigerate.
  5. Keep both mixtures refrigerated for at least 1 hour and then serve in a glass, first the yogurt and then the fruit. To enjoy this blackberry smoothie with yogurt, you just have to shake a little and that’s it.
