Blackberry liqueur with vodka

Ingredients to make Blackberry Liqueur with vodka:

  • Blackberries, whole and very ripe (NOT the tree ones)
  • a bottle of vodka
  • 12 almonds
  • Sugar

How to make Blackberry Liqueur with Vodka:

  1. Fill 1/4 of the bottle with blackberries.
  2. The 12 crushed almonds.
  3. 4 tablespoons of sugar.
  4. Fill to complete with vodka (of good quality, with almost no flavor).
  5. You leave still, preferably in a cool place with little light.
  6. The first 5 days you shake the bottle for 5 minutes.
  7. You let it rest for 30 days.
  8. If you leave it longer, the small wood nuggets intervene in the maceration and release.
  9. Rest of at least three months, and better six.
  10. The result is a transparent red liquid smooth as velvet and with the strength of vodka.
