Ingredients to make Blackberry Liqueur with vodka:
- Blackberries, whole and very ripe (NOT the tree ones)
- a bottle of vodka
- 12 almonds
- Sugar
How to make Blackberry Liqueur with Vodka:
- Fill 1/4 of the bottle with blackberries.
- The 12 crushed almonds.
- 4 tablespoons of sugar.
- Fill to complete with vodka (of good quality, with almost no flavor).
- You leave still, preferably in a cool place with little light.
- The first 5 days you shake the bottle for 5 minutes.
- You let it rest for 30 days.
- If you leave it longer, the small wood nuggets intervene in the maceration and release.
- Rest of at least three months, and better six.
- The result is a transparent red liquid smooth as velvet and with the strength of vodka.
