Black rice with squid rings recipe

Ingredients to make Black rice with squid rings:

  • 500 grams of squid rings.
  • 2 envelopes of squid ink.
  • 1 cup of white rice.
  • 1 glass of rum.
  • 500 ml of fish broth.
  • 5 units of ripe tomatoes.
  • 2 units of white onion.
  • 3 garlic cloves.
  • 200 ml of olive oil.

How to make Black rice with squid rings:

  1. Prelist the ingredients.
  2. Wash and chop the onion and tomato into small squares. Reserve.
  3. Bring a frying pan over medium heat, add a little olive oil. Sauté the onion until it is transparent.
  4. Add the finely chopped tomato and the garlic cloves. Fry well. Reserve.
  5. Make rice in the traditional way, for a cup of rice two water. Reserve.
  6. Hydrate the squid ink with the hot fish broth.
  7. Place a frying pan over medium heat, add the rest of the olive oil and fry the squid rings.
  8. Add the tomato and onion sauce.
  9. Add the rice and squid ink. Mix well. Leave over low heat for ten minutes and turn off.
  10. Serve our black rice with a little cream and Parmesan cheese on top. You can decorate it with a little chives on top. Enjoy.
