Ingredients to make black rice with squid and shrimp:
- 180 g of bomba rice
- 2 cloves of garlic

- 1 sprig of parsley
- 4 g cuttlefish or squid ink
- Prawns peeled to taste or king prawns
- Squid cut into rings to taste
- Salt

How to make black rice with squid and shrimp:
- We prepare the minced rice with squid ink and prawns, which consists of peeling the garlic and putting it in a blender glass with the parsley, a little salt and a splash of olive oil, and blending.
- We put the paella on the fire and cook the squid and prawns with the minced meat.
- If it sticks a lot, pour a little of the fish broth or fumet.
- Let cook for about 5 minutes, add the rice and fry another 5 minutes. After this time we add the cuttlefish or squid ink.
- We put the broth and bring to a boil, and when it starts to boil we calculate 10 minutes for the black rice with squid to cook in its ink.
