  • 2 blood sausages
  • 2 apples
  • ½ onion
  • 1 piece of goat cheese roll
  • 1 handful of pine nuts
  • 1 egg

How to make black pudding and apple dumplings:

Once we have everything on the list, we start by chopping the ingredients into squares.

Next, heat a frying pan with a few drops of oil and poach the apple, once soft add the onion along with the pine nuts and keep cooking until they are well browned.

At that point we add the black pudding and let the whole stuffing cook for 10 minutes. When it is ready, remove from the heat and let it rest until it reaches room temperature.

To assemble the black pudding empanadillas, we place a tablespoon of filling in the center of the circle of dough along with a piece of cheese. We fold forming a crescent, seal the edges with a fork and paint with beaten egg. Cook in the oven previously heated to 180°C for 15 minutes.
