Black olive pate recipe with Thermomix

Ingredients to make black olive pate with Thermomix:

• 200 grams of pitted black olives

• 50 grams of anchovy fillet in oil

• 100 grams of Pickled tuna

• 1 dessert spoon of Capers

• 1 clove garlic

• 1 dessert spoon of Djon Mustard

• 50 milliliters of olive oil

• 1 pinch of black and white pepper

• 1 pinch of thyme

• 1 pinch of oregano

• 1 bay leaf

• 1 pinch of Tarragon

• 3 dessert spoons of Brandy (optional)

How to make black olive pate with Thermomix:

Pour all the ingredients into the glass and blend well, playing with the speed, that is, starting with a small one and gradually moving to a large one.

Help yourself with a spatula if necessary. Insist on the crushing process, because it has to be a much crushed paste. It doesn’t take time or exact speed, it’s all about playing with speeds. You can correct the flavor if you consider it necessary by adding more or less of any of the ingredients. Refrigerate for a few minutes and enjoy this delicious black olive pâté with some toasted bread and a good wine.
