Black Beans with Mushrooms Recipe

This recipe for beans with mushrooms is a delicious lunch dish.

Ingredients to make Black Beans with Mushrooms:

  • 400 grams of black beans
  • 1 can of Mushrooms
  • 2 carrots
  • 1 kilogram of soft meat
  • ½ kilogram of Pumpkin
  • 1 medium onion
  • 4 cloves of garlic
  • ½ teaspoon Cumin
  • 1 large tomato
  • ½ Paprika

How to make Black Beans with Mushrooms:

1 Soak the black beans the night before. The next day, they must be cooked in a pot to proceed with the recipe for black beans with mushrooms.

2 While the black beans are cooking, chop the small onion, the tomato, the garlic cloves and the paprika or pepper. Then everything is sautéed in a saucepan with oil. When the onion is transparent, add the rest of the chopped vegetables.

3 Besides, to continue with the preparation of the black beans with mushrooms, the meat is cut into long pieces of approximately two centimeters. Then, it is fried in a frying pan.

4 When the vegetables are sautéed and the meat too, put everything together in a saucepan, mix and add the can of mushrooms. Then, it is covered with water and left to cook with salt until the desired doneness is reached.

5 Once everything is cooked, add the beans and let it boil for the last time. Beans with meat and mushrooms are ready to serve and taste. They can be eaten with white rice or a green salad.
