Ingredients to make Black Bean Hummus:
- 300 grams of cooked black beans
- 1 tablespoon sesame seeds
- 1 teaspoon of garlic paste
- 1 tablespoon of olive oil
- 10 grams of fresh coriander
- 2 units of Lemon
- 1 pinch of cumin powder
- 1 pinch of salt
- 1 pinch of black pepper
- 1 unit of large white onion
How to make Black Bean Hummus:
1 The first step to make the bean hummus is to prepare all the ingredients of our recipe.
2 In a bowl add the black beans cooked with a little of their cooking liquid and the white onion in medium pieces. Process with the help of a mixer or in the blender if you have it.
3 Once the ingredients from the previous step have been completely crushed, add the lemon juice, the garlic paste, salt and black pepper to taste. Blend or process again until the ingredients of our easy hummus are integrated.
4 Add the olive oil, fresh coriander and sesame seeds. Process again integrating the ingredients very well.
5 Add the cumin powder and mix our bean hummus well.
6 Serve the easy black bean hummus with pita bread, toast or any meal of your choice.
