Ingredients to make Snacks:

  • 6 people of sardine
  • 4 sardines in oil
  • 1/2 lemon

  • 1 teaspoon capers
  • 1/2 lemon
  • 1 cucumber

  • 2 large carrots
  • 2 tablespoons mayonnaise
  • 2 lettuce leaves
  • 3 flea buns
  • 50 grams of black olives

How to make Bites:

Sardine:

Drain the sardines from their oil and remove the skin and bones. Crush them and add the butter, mix well and season with pepper and lemon juice. To distribute.

Of cheese:

Beat the cheese and add the fine chopped herbs and pepper. Open the loaves, spread the cheese and place the slices of ham one by one.

Of salmon:

Wash the cucumber, dry it, peel it and cut it into slices, put them in a colander and sprinkle with salt. Spread the buns with butter, fill them with cucumber, salmon and capers.  Sprinkle with Lemon.

Vegetables:

Wash the lettuce and cut it into julienne strips. Grate the carrots, pit the olives and chop them. Spread the bread with mayonnaise and add the lettuce, carrots and olives.
