BISTEK RECIPE WITH ONIONS AND TOMATO

Ingredients to make STEAK WITH ONIONS AND ENTOMATA:

  1. 1 1/2 lb. beef steak
  2. 2 garlic cloves, cut as small as possible
  3. 1 teaspoon of black sauce
  4. 1/2 teaspoon of special ground
  5. 2 seasoning cubes or salt to taste
  6. 2 tablespoons of sour orange juice
  7. 2 medium tomatoes cut into slices
  8. 1 large onion cut into slices
  9. 1 teaspoon vegetable or olive oil

How to make STEAK WITH ONIONS AND TOMATO:

  • Place the meat in a bowl, and add all the seasonings and stir, let marinate 30 minutes.
  • In a large pan previously heated, add the teaspoon of oil, let it heat, without burning, and place the steaks one by one, add the juice that remains in the bowl, let them cook over medium heat, if it takes up more water add the amount necessary for the meat to soften.
  • When the meat is already soft, and with little juice, place the tomato and onion slices on it and cover for a while, preventing it from drying out and then lower it from the heat or heat.
  • You can accompany it with white rice and mixed vegetables, or with a salad of your choice.
