Bird Salad Recipe

Poultry salad is traditional in Argentina, although it is increasingly being prepared in other regions of Latin America, we teach you how to prepare it easily and quickly, so you can enjoy this chicken salad at any time.

Ingredients to make Chicken Salad:

  • 1 unit of small chicken cooked and shredded
  • 3 tablespoons chopped Celery
  • 3 units of Cooked Potatoes cut into cubes
  • 3 units of coarsely grated carrots
  • 1 can of corn kernels
  • 1 unit of chili cut into strips
  • 1 can of Peas
  • 1 cup of mayonnaise

How to make Bird Salad:

Chop the previously cooked chicken and reserve it for a moment. Take a bowl and place the chopped celery, grated carrots and the cooked and diced potatoes on the bottom.

Mix the previous ingredients well and add the corn, the chili and the chopped chicken to the dish. Keep mixing and, finally, add the mayonnaise to flavor the poultry salad.

If you want, you can add tomato slices, boiled egg cut to taste or chopped apple. Serve the cold poultry salad on lettuce leaves and enjoy it.
