Ingredients to make Bell Pepper Salad:

  • 4 units of Zucchini
  • 3 units of bell pepper
  • ½ unit of lettuce
  • 2 garlic cloves
  • 4 units of spring onion
  • 100 grams of Corn (frozen)
  • 2 tablespoons of Sherry Vinegar
  • 1 jet of olive oil
  • 1 pinch of salt

How to make Bell Pepper Salad:

First prepare all the ingredients for this vegan salad. Then, cut the zucchini into slices and the rest of the ingredients into cubes except the peppers.

Pass the zucchini through boiling water and then threw cold water with ice to stop the cooking, this process is called blanching. Separately, mix 2 of the peppers with the spring onions, the corn, the garlic and the lettuce. Dress this mixture with a little olive oil.

To make the vinaigrette, crush the remaining pepper and mix with oil and vinegar. Check the flavor and add salt and pepper to taste.

To elegantly present this bell pepper salad, make a roll with the zucchini, fill with the mixture and cover with the red sauce.
