Beetroot, Carrot and Apple Smoothie

Ingredients to make Beet, Carrot and Apple Smoothie:

  1. 1 beetroot
  2. ½ papaya
  3. 2 carrot
  4. 1 piece of ginger
  5. 2 apples
  6. 1 stalk of celery
  7. 1 cup of water (240 milliliters)

How to make Beet, Carrot and Apple Smoothie:

  • Peel the apple, papaya, carrot and ginger. Cut all the ingredients into medium pieces.
  • Place all the vegetables and fruit in the blender, add 1-2 cups of water to taste and blend until you have a smooth fruit digestive smoothie without lumps. If you don’t like the texture of beetroot and carrot juice because it contains a lot of pulp, you can first squeeze the juice from the beetroot, apple, and carrot and then add it to the smoothie.
  • Serve the beetroot, carrot and apple smoothie in a glass or Mason jar with colored straws and enjoy!
