Beetroot and Cilantro Dip Recipe

Ingredients to make Beetroot and Cilantro Dip:

  • 1 unit of Beetroot
  • 150 milliliters of yogurt without sugar
  • 1 lemon unit
  • 1 sprig of Coriander
  • 1 pinch of cumin powder
  • 1 jet of olive oil
  • 1 pinch of salt
  • 1 pinch of pepper

How to make Beetroot and Cilantro Dip:

1 Before making this easy appetizer recipe, the first step is to get all the ingredients ready.

2 Cook the beets cut into small pieces for 30 minutes over medium heat. When the beet is cooked, peel it with a knife.

3 Process the beetroot with the yogurt until a homogeneous consistency is obtained.

4 Add the coriander, cumin, lemon juice, salt and pepper. Blend again for a few minutes.
