Beet Salad with Rice Recipe

If you have leftover rice from the day before, you can use it to make a wonderful beet salad, which will give a very nice pink color combined with the rest of the ingredients and will not disappoint anyone.

Ingredients to make Beet Salad with Rice:

  • 250 grams of Rice
  • 2 units of cooked beets
  • 1 jar of olives
  • 1 piece of onion
  • 1 piece of Carrot
  • 1 pinch of parsley
  • 1 pinch of salt
  • 1 pinch of pepper
  • 1 jet of oil
  • 1 splash of Vinegar
  • 1 unit of Egg

How to make Beet Salad with Rice:

We prepare all the ingredients on the top so that we do not miss anything. If you don’t have rice from the day before, we make white rice in a traditional way. Look at the time according to the brand you use and let it cool.

We will have previously cooked and cooled an egg and cut it into pieces to add to the bowl with the rice. Cut the olives into pieces and add it.

Cut the beet into small cubes and add it to the bowl. Beetroot is a very nutritious food with which you can make all kinds of dishes such as chocolate cake or red hummus. Grate a carrot over the rest of the ingredients in the bowl. Chop half an onion to also add it to the bowl. Sprinkle with dry or natural parsley, which will be even better, finely chopped.
