Ingredients to make Beetroot and Mozzarella Salad:
- 2 units of cooked beets
- 1 teaspoon fresh parsley
- 100 grams of long or green onion
- 150 grams of mozzarella cheese
- 80 grams of canned artichokes
- 2 teaspoons of pine nuts
- 2 teaspoons of olive oil
- 1 pinch of salt
- 1 pinch of black pepper
- 1 pinch of garlic paste
How to make Beetroot and Mozzarella Salad:
The first step to make the beet salad recipe is to pre-list the ingredients. First, you must cut the remolds into thick slices. Next, cut the mozzarella cheese into medium squares and add a slice of cheese on top of each beet slice.
Now we are going to prepare the accompaniment of our salad. To do this, take a bowl and add the finely chopped artichokes and the finely chopped onion.
Add the pine nuts, parsley, olive oil, garlic paste, salt and black pepper to taste. Mix very well until the ingredients of our low-calorie recipe are integrated.
