Beet and Avocado Salad Recipe

  • 1 beet
  • 2 avocados
  • 80 grams of white onion
  • 1 sprig of Coriander
  • 2 lemons
  • 1 jet of olive oil
  • 1 pinch of salt
  • 1 pinch of pepper

How to make Beet and Avocado Salad:

Before making this fresh salad, the first step is to get all the ingredients ready. In a pot of boiling water, cook the halved beets for 45 minutes or until soft. When it’s ready, remove it from the heat, and wait for it to cool down, peel it and cut it into medium cubes.

Separately, peel and cut the avocado into small cubes, season with lemon, olive oil, salt and pepper.

It is time to add the onion cut into feathers, the finely chopped coriander and season with lemon juice, olive oil, salt and pepper. Mix everything very well.
