Ingredients to make Beer Bread:
- 220 grams of wheat flour
- 100 milliliters of black beer
- 2 grams of salt
- 25 milliliters of olive oil
- 20 grams of poppy seeds
- 1 unit of Egg
- 10 grams of fresh yeast
How to make Beer Bread:
- With the dry ingredients make a volcano and in the center place the liquid ingredients together with the yeast. Knead until a homogeneous mixture is achieved.
- Let the dough rise until it doubles its initial size. To do this, leave it to rest in a cool place for about two hours.
- Press the dough so that the gases generated in the leavening come out. Next, stretch forming dough cylinders and cut into equal portions.
- Shape buns with each piece of doughand place them in a baking pan, previously lined with baking paper. Brush the buns with beaten egg and sprinkle the poppy seeds over them.
- Bake for 15 minutes at 200°C. Let cool and serve the delicious freshly made beer bread.
