Beef Tripe Tacos Recipe

The typical Mexican food today is very present in all the snacks that we can get in the streets of the city. Ingredients to make Beef Tripe Tacos:

  • 1 kilogram of beef tripe
  • 250 grams of corn tortilla
  • 1 cup of chopped onion
  • 1 cup of Cilantro chopped
  • 2 cloves of garlic
  • 5 bay leaves
  • 1 dessert spoon of salt

How to make Beef Tripe Tacos:

The first step we have to do is gather the necessary ingredients to taste and prepare the recipe for very Mexican beef tripa tacos.

We perfectly wash the beef tripe inside and out. Do not skimp on time in this step because it is very important that this meat is as clean as possible.

In a pot add water and place the meat with a little salt, onion, bay leaf and garlic, and let it boil until the meat is perfectly cooked, approximately 90-120 minutes.
