Beef Stew with Potatoes and Green Beans Recipe

Ingredients to make Stewed Beef with Potatoes and Green Beans:
- 1 kilogram of beef cut into pieces
- 4 units of large potatoes
- ½ kilogram of green beans
- 1 unit of Onion
- 2 cloves of garlic
- 1 unit of Tomato
- 1 unit of red pepper
- 1 unit of Nora
- 1 bay leaf
- 1 beef bouillon concentrate cube
- 1 tablespoon sweet paprika
- 1 pinch of salt
- Water
How to make Beef Stew with Potatoes and Green Beans:
Take a pot and fry the onion and red pepper, all finely chopped into small pieces. When these ingredients are well poached, add the peeled and finely chopped garlic cloves. Let brown and add the tomato previously washed, peeled and cut. We let cook.
When the sauce is ready, add the Nora cut into small pieces and the meat broth concentrate tablet.
Then, add the meat and let it brown with the rest of the ingredients. It is important to stir constantly to prevent the soffit from burning.
After 2 or 3 minutes, add a tablespoon of sweet paprika, the bay leaf and salt, give it a few spins and cover everything with water.
Let it cook for about 45 minutes over low heat. After this time, add the potatoes peeled and cut into large cubes. We also incorporate the previously washed and peeled green beans and let everything cook for another 30 minutes.
After the time, we remove the meat stew with potatoes from the heat and serve it hot. We can accompany this dish with white rice or boiled eggs.
