Beef soup recipe
Ingredients to make beef soup:
- 1kg whole boneless lizard meat
- 1 onion
- 4 cloves of garlic
- 1 carrot
- 7 black peppercorns
- 1 sprig of parsley
- 1 piece of paprika
- 1 bay leaf
- 1 ripe tomato
- Salt
How to make beef soup:
- Combine everything in a pot with enough water and cook until the meat softens, remove the foam that forms, when it is ready remove the meat and strain the broth and return to the heat and add noodles. Serve.
- The meat is accompanied with potatoes and salad. If you want a good soup place the meat in cold water, if you want a good meat place it in hot water.
