Beef Quiche with Bacon and Ham Recipe

The meat quiche with bacon and ham is an international recipe, very easy, very fast and tasty. We are talking about a minced meat quiche to which we will also put ham, bacon and Mozzarella cheese. Making quiche is not that difficult and with this recipe we explain how, the result will be a delicious puff pastry quiche that will disappear from the table in less time than you think.

Ingredients to make Beef Quiche with Bacon and Ham:

  • 150 grams of bacon strips
  • 2 units of Egg
  • 200 grams of Ham
  • 500 grams of minced meat
  • 200 milliliters of cream to cook
  • 1 sheet of puff pastry
  • 1 unit of Onion
  • 1 pinch of Moorish Species
  • Mozzarella to taste

How to make Beef Quiche with Bacon and Ham:

1 To start preparing this meat quiche, the first thing you should do is fry the onion, bacon and ham. To do this, add a generous splash of oil to a pan and poach the finely chopped onion with the other two ingredients.

2 Once poached, add the meat with the spices and cook without stopping stirring so that the meat loosens. Meanwhile you can stretch the puff pastry to obtain an XXL result and place it on a baking tray.

3 Separately, in a container, we are going to beat the two eggs with the cooking cream. Then, place the warm meat at room temperature on the tray covered with the puff pastry and to give it the touch that Chewbacca likes, we are going to crumble the Mozzarella cheese and pour the egg and cream on top.
