Beef Enchilada Tacos Recipe

Ingredients to make Enchilada Beef Tacos:

For the sauce in which the meat is marinated:

  • 50 grams of wide chili
  • 20 grams of guajillo chili
  • 2 cloves of garlic
  • ½ piece of Onion
  • 6 pieces of fat pepper
  • 1 pinch of cumin
  • 1 pinch of oregano
  • 10 dried laurel leaves
  • 1 piece of Cinnamon
  • 2 cups of white vinegar
  • 1 pinch of salt

For the meat:

  • 1 kilogram of pork steak
  • 12 pieces of corn tortilla
  • 5 pieces of pineapple

How to make Beef Enchilada Tacos:

We are going to start with the preparation of the Mexican taco sauce in which we will marinate the pork steaks. For this we take the ancho peppers and the guajillo peppers, we devein them and clean them perfectly well, once clean we place them in a saucepan with boiling water for 5 minutes so that they soften.

Once the chilies are soft, we place them in the blender along with all the other spices (onion, garlic, oregano, cumin, cinnamon, pepper, bay leaf), and together with the vinegar, we also add a pinch of salt. Then we proceed to blend to form our sauce for the meat tacos.

Now we place the pork steaks in a deep bowl and pour the sauce that we just formed in the blender over them, move the steaks so that the sauce is completely impregnated in all of them.

Once the steaks are completely enchiladas, we cover the bowl with the help of a piece of aluminum foil and leave it in the refrigerator, so that the meat is marinated with the sauce, so that the meat is impregnated with all this delicious flavor of the sauce, we must let it marinate for 24 hours.

After this time we begin to fry the meat of the Mexican tacos in a pan with previously heated oil and at that moment we add the pieces of pineapple so that they cook together with the enchilada meat.
