- 90 grams of beef Carpaccio
- 20 grams of cheese for salad

- 5 tablespoons of olive oil
- 1 garlic clove

How to make Beef Carpaccio Salad:
The first step to make this delicious special salad for two is to prepare the dried tomato vinaigrette. For them, cut all the ingredients finely and mix very well.
Next, cut the tomatoes into slices. For this Carpaccio salad you can use the variety of cherry that you prefer, I like to use red and yellow so that they give more color to the dish.

For the base of the salad I have used a package of gourmet salad that is already prepared with curly escarole, canons and purple lettuce. If you can’t find this, you can use any type of lettuce, always trying to mix at least two, for example romaine lettuce and escarole.
As for the cheese, the one recommended for this salad is cured cheese, due to its dry and strong flavor. You can use parmesan or grana piano and you can add it in slices or in small pieces. I have bought a package of salad cheese that has cubes of aged cheese and cheddar cheese.
With all the ingredients ready, the next step will be to dress and mix the Carpaccio salad. Place everything in a large bowl and mix thoroughly so that the ingredients mix evenly.
To serve the veal Carpaccio salad, you propose elegant plating so that you can serve a gourmet dish. Place a circular serving dish on the plate and fill it with a portion of salad. Press down a bit to compact the salad.
