Beans with Vinaigrette Recipe

Ingredients to make Beans with vinaigrette:

  1. ½ kilo of white beans
  2. 1 onion
  3. 2 cloves of garlic
  4. 2 tomatoes
  5. 1 bell pepper
  6. 2 hardboiled eggs
  7. ½ glass of oil
  8. ½ glass of vinegar
  9. Black pepper
  10. Parsley
  11. Oregano

How to make Beans in Vinaigrette:

  •  The beans are left to soak the night before; the next day we cook them, drain the water and check the state of salt.
  • In a sling we place those together with the oil, the vinegar, the onion, the pepper and the tomatoes, all chopped into squares.
  • Then we add the eggs, which will be stewed and cut into slices.
  • Apart, in the mortar we crush the garlic together with the spices and the black pepper.
  •  Mix everything well and keep it in the fridge until serving time, sprinkle with freshly chopped parsley.
